Milltek has added a new performance exhaust component to its 1 Series M Coupe line up. You can now choose between the new secondary cat-back system or the primary cat-back system.
The secondary cat-back system features a centre silencer assembly, connecting pipe and a rear silencer assembly with quad 80mm tips – when tested on a development car, which was already running 355hp and 443lb ft of torque courtesy of a mild remap, the new exhaust generated a gain of 5hp and 4lb ft.
The primary system is the same as the secondary one except it comes with left and right hand secondary cat by-pass pipes, which can be added to the secondary cat-back system at a later stage.
With the full system installed, the car produced 371hp and 454lb ft, gains of 16hp and 12lb ft.
