LargeThe 5 Series GT has failed to set showrooms alight thus far but that hasn’t stopped the tuners from getting stuck in and Hamann is the latest to bring out a series of upgrades for the car. On the styling side of things Hamann has introduced a front spoiler which mounts on the standard front bumper, side skirts and a rear spoiler.

The company says that the front and rear spoiler actually reduce lift, improving high-speed stability, and there’s also a new rear apron which accommodates the quad 90mm tips of the stainless steel sport exhaust.

To further enhance the car’s looks as well as improve handling, Hamann has produced a lowering kit which is available for the 530d, 535i and 550i including models with air suspension. 22-inch Anniversary Evo alloys, which have been designed for larger cars, are available for the Five GT while on the inside Hamann offers whole host of accessories including pedals, a footrest and floor mats – all with the Hamann logo.

It’s not all about looks though and the company has also brought out a performance upgrade for the 530d GT – using a Motronic remap power rises to 275hp from 245 and torque swells to 457lb ft, up from 398lb ft.
